A national lawn care chain spayed my sister’s yard by accident and poisoned her chickens.

She lives on 2 acres in an agricultural area of New Jersey and today her yard was sprayed and a long release pellet was applied while she was at work. We are still waiting for them to provide us with the MSDS of the chemicals that were used, but her flock of 20 chickens were free range and came in contact with both chemicals that were applied today. Is there any recourse that she can take to either get the chemicals removed or for the company to provide compensation for the misapplication of herbicide?
