Advisor copy-pasted my entire undergraduate thesis for a patent, and didn't include my name on it

I don't want to get into too many details, but in a nutshell, my undergraduate thesis work yielded pretty good results and is the basis for a new discovery in our field, based on my own ideas and experimental design. My advisor patented it by copy-pasting my entire thesis, word for word, without my permission, a year ago. I only just found out, and was told I'd be put on as an inventor "at a later time". I'm still working on this project to formally publish it.

The whole patent is entirely based on my work, and no one else's. All the figures are from my thesis. It is word for word my thesis, unedited. My name is not on the patent.

Do I have any rights here, or does my thesis technically belong to my university and/or advisor?
