So this former friend of my mine owed me money for well over a year now. Around 200 Euro. I always asked her from time to time but I always got some bullshit excuses or she says "ok I"ll do it asap" and then never does it. So one of these times she asked for my bank data so she could transfer the money to me. Gave it to her. So fast forward to now. I look at my bank account which I haven't done in a while just to see that I am paying a Netflix subscription for 5 months at 14 Euro each. I called my bank and they blocked all payments to Netflix forever and told me her name. Naturally I am mad and sad right now. Not only did this person, who I considered my friend until not too long ago, refuse to give me my money back which I need urgently she also actively steals from me now using fraud.
So my question is. How can I get the 200 Euro plus the 60 Euro back? All I have as "proof" of the owed money is several chat protocols of me repeatedly asking for my money and her assuring me to give it back. And of course the name that my bank gave me.
This is probably not gonna get solved especially since I live in Germany and the laws are probably different here. It is good to vent nonetheless
