I [21f] squished the balls of a would-be rapist [24m] years ago and now he's threatening to sue me over 'causing grievous bodily harm'

This whole thing happened years ago. He forced himself on me when I was young, drunk and intoxicated, just as he was. The only way I was able to get away was by grabbing, squeezing and twisting his dangly bits as hard as humanly possible. Which caused him to pass out and allowed me to leave.

Fast forward many years... he contacts me. Says he has doctors papers, etcetera. Claims I caused him to become infertile and he says I should be in jail for it. I don't know what to do.

TL;DR: I defended myself from being almost raped by hurting a guys testicles years ago and now he claims this caused him to be infertile and I am criminally liable.
