I paid to enter a giveaway promoted by 2 large YouTubers. 4 months later, the “charity” is gone and so is the money.

In January a large YouTube channel that I follow - with 2.7+ million subscriber - promoted a giveaway by a “charity” for a lamborghini. You had to pay $1 for 1 entry. I paid $10, and then had some double entry promotion going on so I got 20 entries. The giveaway was supposed to end in March, but when I checked back on the website last month, they added an extra month to the giveaway. They were trying to raise $1 million for charity, but at the time the giveaway was supposed to end in March, the bar on their website showed that they only raised $75k. I just checked the website today, and it is removed. This giveaway was also promoted by another huge YouTuber with millions of subscribers. In addition to that, I noticed that the second YouTuber posted on his social media that he bought a lamborghini - the exact same model and color of the one that was being given away. I still have the email that shows the company and confirms my entries, but if I click on the link to the website or the social media, the pages are blocked for being malware.

Can I do anything about this? These YouTubers promoted a fake giveaway and collected over $75k, then the charity and giveaway completely vanished. I have a suspicion one was directly involved in the scam because he literally owns the lambo that was supposed to be given away. How would I go about suing these guys? Would a lawyer even listen to my case? I think that they still have the videos promoting the company up on their YouTube channels and Instagram pages. [VA] I’m in Virginia. One of the channels is made of Canadian guys who I believe are currently in LA, and the other is 2 American guys who I also believe are in LA.
