Need to settle a bet. Still using OLD fliptop Jitterbug phone. I contend that it can only tell my whereabouts when I turn it on and it accesses the network. That"s all. Mr. tech says that it can be turned on by "governmental " agencies and that it can be located even it is turned off. Well?
