I have reasons to believe that my school are breaking the law with the situation with toilets at our school:

The toilets are pretty much always locked and none are available. Before school, when a lot of people come in early to finish homework or print off work, none of the toilets are open.

Between lessons they are always locked, I am aware people shouldn't be using the toilets in lessons but sometimes you really need to go and it could be a health risk if people are not allowed to go.

The times we are allowed to use the toilets in the school day (break and lunch), they are often never opened. And the one toilet that can't be locked is never cleaned and is usually off limits because someone has had no choice but to take a shit in the urinal.
I have done some research into the law surrounding this area and I think that the current situation does not meet government guidelines.
I have no idea how to get this issue resolved, we are supposed to have a school council to resolve these kind of issues, and I have raised this issue many times but no improvements have been made.
