[Michigan]Job offer as armed guard for marijuana dispensary transport in state.

I was offered a job to be an armed guard transporting marijuana and cash to and from dispensaries in the state. I have been told that this essentially an entrepreneurial company and the owner is currently going through the legal process of getting everything running.

What licenses should this employer and I have? What should I ask him to find out if this legitimate? I do not want to think I'm legitimate security and end up in prison for trafficking.
