My mom took out student loans in my name and ran with the money

Around 2017 I attended college.. and was in a very bad, abusive home life. My mother controlled all of my finance paperwork and all that. I had no control.

So to find out I have 10,000 dollars in student loans that never went to my college.. what do I do? Is there anyway to dispute that or am I just stuck.??

I’d love some advice.

Edit: I’m currently living in the US in Arizona.. but when it happened I was living in Texas.
