My friend is an orthodox jew living in the old city of Israel and someone a few years back took a picture of his minor jewish son and uploaded it onto Pixabay and giving consent to use the image for commercial. This caused his picture to be used on news article discussing how the measles outbreak started by a jewish boy in Israel and showing his picture. A charity even got hold of his picture and used it with the caption "He doesn't know that his parents can't afford food this week" and this was in the city where his parents lived.
Any help would be great
