Teacher sent home list with student names and bathroom schedule

My daughter attends a charter school in Idaho. We have had many issues since the first day. 1. Teacher put my daughter on the wrong bus first day of kindergarten after my daughter let her know it was the wrong bus number she was ignored and they couldn’t find her for a good 10 minutes of calling all the other busses. 2. Teacher has strict bathroom rules. I spoke to teacher several times throughout the year as my daughter started getting returning UTI’s, sept. October and November. It became such an issue I tried speaking to the teacher again and she had me in tears in front of the whole class trying to explain the medical routines and issues we go through with my daughter and how she needs to be able to go when she needs to. I got a doctors note at this point and spoke to the principal. 3. My daughter was sick with laryngitis and strep at the same time and the school only allows so many missed days so after 24 hours on an antibiotic went to class. She couldn’t speak and kids were teasing her so she apparently kicked their chairs. When I went to pick her up the teacher yelled in front of all her classmates and in the school hall several times “she was horrible today! Kicking chairs, horrible” I asked if she spoke to her because that’s not like my daughter, that she doesn’t normally misbehave. Was there something that happened and she said “there’s no excuse for her being horrible” I was so shocked because while kicking chairs wasn’t appropriate obviously calling my child “horrible” and screaming it in front of all her classmates that’s not okay either. 4. Most importantly Today the teacher sent home a class list for a week and how often EACH child went to the bathroom. And wrote “for your information” on the top. I am beyond upset and trying to think clearly. Is this even allowed? To send me bathroom information for all the students in the class to “prove” to me that my child goes too often? It seems like a violation to the other students in the class and after I sent the school a doctors note is that legal? I don’t know what steps to take
