Lost my phone and I don'r remember my back up code for authenticator app

I lost my phone this weekend. I had google authenticator installed and used it often as I had linked the 2 FA code to my various bank accounts. Now I don't remember the back up code to re install the app and get the 2 FA codes in my new phone. HELP PLEASE
