[Louisiana] I’m a teacher at a public school. They want us to sign a contract not to “defame, protest, or boycott the state of Israel.” Is this legal

It’s what the title implies. Today we were given a new contract we need to sign before May 31st. In it, we are told that as staff we cannot defame, protest, or boycott Israel or Israeli products. It’s a public school. This isn’t legal is it?
