[NV] Can big name dealership forge my signature?

Hello all! On January 24th I went to a big dealership here in Las Vegas. I got a car which was preowned and the payments were 200$ for 75 months with like 5.99% financing, it was my first car so I thought it was a good deal. I signed the contract and still have the original contract that says all of that. Anyways two days after I get it I get like 20 phone calls from people at the dealership and voicemails saying "Hey Sojeba come in we got a refund check for you but we need you to finance it". I thought it was weird so I didnt go in because the guy who sold me the car got fired and he told me they probably messed something up and want me to sign at a higher rate. Anyways I never called back and even went to NC for a few weeks. My first bill was The following month and it was 320$...

Called the bank who financed it "Ally" and told them what happened and they said they didnt change the APR or anything it was the dealer who sent in the contract. So I call dealership and asked what happened and they said I came in a second time to sign a new contract, I said no i didnt, and they then said well someone did. i went up there and got the contract and it was different signatures. I go to dmv and file a complaint. Also sent Ally the pictures of the two contracts and they just sent me a letter saying they called the dealership and the dealer said they didn't forge my signature so they cant do it (In my opinion that was a bad attempt and very lazy) so I am losing hope the DMV is going to do something. Should I just lawyer up or what?

Thank you!
