How do I get BSV coin from my BCH so I can sell it?

I have some BCH pre-fork. How do I get the BSV from them? I'd like to get the BSV, sell that junk and buy more BCH.

Edit: This is 40 steps and I don't understand what the hell they are doing. No way I'm going to be able to follow this.
