(KY) HR at Lowe's said that if we miss our lunch that lowes will take out 30 min each day from our paychecks

I work at Lowe's in Kentucky and our HR said that if we miss our lunches they will take off 30 min off each day, this is an hourly job and we dont get paid lunches. Can they do that and is that even legal? They said they can do that without even telling us.

Edit she also said that you guys might as well take a lunch and if you don't we will just take that 30 min off your hours worked so you will have worked for free
