This company sends shipments of wine, and my friend has asked multiple times for them to close/suspend/cancel the account, but they say their system cannot put ‘indefinite holds on accounts; and proceeds to set the next shipment date further out. My friend doesn’t want a hold, they want it canceled yet the company sends the same generic response everyone and moves the next shipment date further out. This is in the United States, and the company is headquartered in California I believe.
