What has happened to Red Candle Games and their new game, Devotion?

I loved Detention and was looking forward to playing Devotion some time in the future, but since it was removed after the Winnie the Pooh 'scandal', I've heard nothing about its return. The dev's twitter account hasn't been updated since the 21st February.

What's with the radio silence on this?
