My Situation: I hate my work, I’m learning nothing at all and nobody teaches me anything. My boss even says that I miss understood him, that I only need to learn the praxis of the work. Complete ass, he’s just using me a as cheap labor. I only took this job because I need to work to finish my education in Computer science. He’s on my ass for the tiniest things and never reads the mails I send him. He only gets that we did the work when we tell him in person. When I’m trying to explain something to him and he doesn’t get the answer he is looking for I have to look it up again. This idiot doesn’t even get that he can’t program for shit. Well but that isn’t even the problem. My real problem is that about 3 months ago a guy came by and said we needed to delete all his data on the old device and transfer it to his new one. I noticed that when he’s on Insta he only follows small girls from Russia, Polen, Ukraine etc. and demands nudes from them posing as a small girl. I told my boss all of it and he just said he doesn’t want cops coming by. Something something about data protection. He told me to just ignore it and finish my work. Two weeks later the same guy came by to get his taxes made. Even though my boss doesn’t want anything to do with him anymore. Today someone else came by and wanted us to recover his data from a broken-down hard drive. Guess what I found while recovering the data. Yeah child porn… I want to inform myself if I can report this anywhere else (I live in Switzerland) I hate this kind of shit. My boss is a total piece of shit, it’s always someone else’s fault if something goes wrong. I’ve told him time and time again that he’s wrong and that he was the problem, that shut him up. He even screws over costumers, he sell’s used product as new, bill them double for work and the data protection on the cash register program he sells is not up to regulations. I will quit this job this month and start working somewhere else. I appreciate all help.
