Dying mum needs a divorce and quick.

Sorry about the dramatic headline but that is pretty much it. So back story is. My mum has been given 3-5 years with IPF she's already had a year and a half and her condition is getting bad too quickly, she is still married to my dad but has been separated for many many years (one of the worst human being in my eyes) my mum is worrying that he will get some if not all of the money that will come when she dies. Since she is bed bound, abit..dopey and doesn't really understand some things. Think that has somthing to do with the lack of oxygen to the brain. 🤷‍♂️ she has asked me to sort out the divorce in behalf of her. I literally do not know where to start. I cannot make contact with my dad after an argument and my brother and sister refuse to make contact. I also do not know where he is living. I need to keep the cost as low as i can. We live in the UK. Any advice would be super helpful :)
