I’m not the one who contacted OSHA but my supervisor thinks it was me and is treating me noticeably different than other employees - does this fall under the umbrella of retaliation?

He’s being cold towards me, not speaking to me, and when I confronted him about it he said that he’s “done being nice [to everyone, he claimed] because the osha complaint almost cost him his job”. But he’s only being weird to me, he’s nice to everyone else. Is what he’s doing considered retaliation?
