My girlfriend substitute teaches for a class of disabled/at risk students, 5th and 6th grade. This one student has been assaulting her daily for weeks. This kid has a permanent shadow assigned to him to watch him, but when that person goes to the bathroom, this kid will rush to the desk and grope my girlfriend's breasts, thighs, hips, spit on her, rip her glasses off, etc.
Initially, she was told it was her fault for dressing the way she does (completely covered up to her neck with a turtleneck). Now they just say he's disturbed and she should show compassion. This kid knows what he is doing, has announced his plans before doing these things, has grabbed a classmate's penis...
This kid is fucked in the head. And the school does nothing. They brought in the dad and he adopted this kid along with a few others and "has no idea where this behavior is coming from". The dad also happens to be good friends of the administration and is in a law enforcement position, which shouldn't matter but might be playing a role since the school shuts this type of behavior down for other students.
All my girlfriend can do is write this kid up. They even had someone from the district come in and he just said to show compassion. This kid is going to grow up and have muscles and end up really hurting someone. There has to be something that can be done. This is insanity that this is just what my girlfriend should expect and deal with.
Please help.
Edit: they even tried to suspend him but the dad said no thanks and sent him right back to school where he groped my gf again when he should have been out on suspension.
Edit 2: the principal saw this (grope to the thigh) and just said "no no no, we don't do that"... This is sexual assault, goddamnit
